The residence of Oleandri is located in one of the tourist complexes of Calabria, the Village Sant Andrea, well equipped for a relaxing holiday with sport and entertainment, directly near the sea.The apartments are on over 3 floors, accessible with elevator, and have balcony (upper floor) or patio with a small garden (ground floor).Well furnished in a modern style with have air conditioning, colour TV, hairdryer and safe. They are equipped with all necessary for cooking and reorder. Two room apartment with 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and sofabed or bunk bed, bedroom, bathroom with shower.TO PAY ON SPOT:-Consumption Package 25 ¿ per person weekly. Includes: electricity, water, gas, bed with bed marriage made on arrival. Children up to 4 years excluded. -Final cleaning 40 ¿ per apartment excluding kitchen to clean by the clientor supplement of 30 ¿ -Club Card 35 ¿ per person weely from 24/05 to 20/09 Includes: day and night animation, miniclub (children 0-4 years old excluded). -Beach service 50 ¿ per apartment weekly, Includes one umbrella and two sunchair. -Deposit 50 ¿ per apartment refundable at the end of stay.
